I know I can't be the only one who wakes up in the morning hungry. I usually want something that I know will keep me full for a better part of the morning so I don't get distracted during my day. I have these good intentions of a hearty breakfast, but let's be serious...I didn't make anything the night before and I do not feel like making something when I have thirty minutes to get out the door.
That's where these easy cranberry oat breakfast bites come in handy!
Easy to grab and go and as easy to make!
What you'll need:
What to do:
1.) Combine coconut, almonds, and oats in a bowl. Spread evenly over a baking sheet. 2.) Put in an oven preheated at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, mixing half way through.
3.) While dry ingredients cool, put almond butter in the microwave until runny (about 30-45 seconds).
4.) Mix dry ingredients in with almond butter, honey, and cranberries.
5.) This is where it gets messy. I use my hands to blend all the ingredients together!
6.) Once blended, I form the mixture into little bite sized (and some not so bite sized) balls on waxed paper to let them set up.
